Aryan Driving School Manchester - Terms & Conditions

Your use of this service is subject to the terms and conditions described herein.

General

1.1. Aryan Driving School Manchester (“the School”, “we”, “us”) provides driving lessons and related services subject to these Terms & Conditions.

1.2. By booking lessons, the pupil (“you”) agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Driving Instructors

2.1. All lessons are provided by DVSA-approved instructors.

2.2. Instructors are self-employed franchisees of the School unless otherwise stated.

Lesson Bookings & Payments

3.1. Lessons must be booked in advance and are subject to instructor availability.

3.2. Payments must be made in advance, either per lesson or in block bookings.

3.3. Block bookings are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable once lessons have commenced.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

4.1. At least 48 hours’ notice must be given to cancel or reschedule a lesson.

4.2. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in the lesson fee being charged in full.

4.3. The School reserves the right to cancel or reschedule lessons due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness, vehicle issues, dangerous weather).

Pupil Responsibilities

5.1. You must hold a valid UK provisional driving licence and present it at your first lesson.

5.2. You must be medically fit to drive and notify us of any condition or medication that may affect driving.

5.3. You must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs during lessons. If suspected, the lesson will be terminated and no refund given.

Vehicles & Insurance

6.1. All training vehicles are fully insured for tuition and practical driving tests.

6.2. Pupils learning in their own vehicle are responsible for ensuring valid insurance, MOT, and roadworthiness.

Driving Tests

7.1. The School may refuse the use of a vehicle for a driving test if the instructor believes you are not adequately prepared.

7.2. Test bookings are the responsibility of the pupil, unless arranged directly with the School.

Liability

8.1. The School accepts no liability for injuries, accidents, or damage caused during lessons, except where legally liable.

8.2. Pupils are responsible for any fines or penalties incurred as a result of their actions while driving.

Refunds Policy

9.1. Refunds are only issued for unused block booking lessons if requested in writing within 14 days of purchase.

9.2. Lessons already taken as part of a block booking will be charged at the standard single-lesson rate before calculating any refund.

Complaints

10.1. Complaints should be made in writing to the School, and we will investigate promptly.

10.2. If unresolved, you may escalate to the DVSA.

Governing Law

11.1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales.

11.2. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
